🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery timelines are approximately 5–7 business days.
  • We also offer in-store pickup from our Chennai locations (Kilpauk and Thiruvanmiyur).
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

❌ No Return & No Exchange Policy

GRLBOSS follows a strict No Return & No Exchange Policy.

  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Customers are requested to carefully review product details, size information, and order selections before placing an order.

⚠️ Defective or Incorrect Products

Refunds will only be considered in cases where the customer receives:

  • A damaged product
  • A wrong product
  • A genuine manufacturing defect

To request approval:

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package, or clear live images, must be provided as proof

Requests without valid proof or raised after 48 hours will not be considered.

GRLBOSS reserves the right to verify and approve or reject any claim.

💸 Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances.

Refunds will only be processed if a defective, damaged, or incorrect product claim is approved after verification by our team.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

📦 Order Issues

Customers must report any order-related issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Complaints raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

📍 In-Store Pickup

Customers selecting in-store pickup will be notified once the order is ready.

  • Orders must be collected within a reasonable time period.
  • Valid ID or order confirmation may be required during pickup.
