⚠️ Refunds for Defective Products Only

Refunds will be considered only in cases where:

  • The customer receives a wrong product
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect

All such cases are subject to verification and approval by our team.


📸 Proof Requirement (Mandatory)

To request approval for a defective item refund, customers must provide:

  • A complete unboxing video starting from opening the sealed package, OR
  • Clear live images showing the issue

This proof is mandatory for verification purposes.

Requests without proper proof will not be considered.


⏰ Reporting Time Limit

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours from the delivery time will not be accepted under any circumstances.


✅ Conditions for Refund Approval

Refund requests will only be approved if:

  • The item is unused and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Valid proof of the issue is provided
  • The issue is verified by our team

🚫 Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds will not be approved if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours
  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Tags or original packaging are missing
  • No proper unboxing proof is provided
  • The issue is related to size preference, color variation, or change of mind

💸 Refund Process

If the refund request is approved:

  • The customer may be asked to return the product
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
